For over 15 years, my dream has been to become a duck farmer and create a fast food experience centered around the rich, tender taste of duck meat.
Canduck was created to give people the opportunity to enjoy flavorful duck meals many have been missing for years while supporting locally raised Canadian farm products.
Our first location is planned for St. Thomas in 2027. However, like many food startups, securing traditional bank financing has been extremely difficult.
